The Story of a Monkey and a Lion

Posted on: August 12, 2011

Okay. I can’t study yet. So I was browsing through my photos and found this funny moments captured on my camera. It was around February, when Valentine’s Day is around the corner and it is still cold (especially if you have no other half to cuddle with :P). So this is what happened:

On one fine (cold) day,  there is a Lion who make his rare visit in front of a university full of girls. He quickly gained popularity because of his unusual cuteness and cool behavior (just look at how he sit on that thing =_=).

But then on the other side of the road there stood the Lion’s old rival, Monkey. He openly flirting with girls by handing out his big business card that makes any women flattered and speechless.

Seeing that the Lion decided to face the Monkey, saying how could he done that after he helps him with his house chores the other day. His heart hurt so much he decided to leave the Monkey in confusion.

‘I may have a big head but I will not betray my friend who is the biggest rival in-terms of appearance. So long Monkey, hope we will not see each other again,’ said the Lion. The Monkey, left in confusion seems too confused to think. But then with the commoners support (and a bit of explanation of what the Lion said because he still confuse why the Lion being overly dramatic), he chased after the Lion.

‘As much as I love the girls, I love you more my friend (plus I still need your help with my house chores). Lets not fight. I can’t handle the girls alone. Lets share like old times…’ said the Monkey.

So both of them make peace and continues to filling up the girls heart with their warm love.

Okay I go a bit too far here. Can’t study, can’t concentrate and why the hell did I do this? Well for what it’s worth, it is fun making up stories with photos. The Lion is actually Mister Donut’s mascot who was distributing coupons and of course, promoting their donuts. And the Monkey was… who knows? According to their school jacket, they are from Yonsei University, trying to advertise their contact number. Maybe to get girls because of the coming Valentine Day? We’ve seen this kind of act from other students who clearly ask the girls out by holding a big banner in front of our school… it’s cute, isn’t it? haha~ Seeing that, the cheeky Lion mascot trying to outshine the Monkey and they make us laugh with their spontaneous act (especially when we was so tensed about our coming exam).

It is good to laugh, isn’t it? (^_^)v
